LA DOLCE VITA VILLAS - THE SWEET LIFE
La Dolce Vita Villas are located in Cherry Grove Beach at 3701 N. Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle, South Carolina. The newly renovated (2008) Mediterranean (14) one bedroom villas, which accommodate up to 6 individuals, are operated and managed by Angela and Nicholas Visalli.
Most of the units that sleep up to 6 are located on the first floor with two full size beds in the bedroom, full size kitchen with a futon, HDTV with cable and HBO. All the kitchens are stocked with all the necessities. All you need to do is bring the food and beverages.
The second floor units that sleep up to 4 individuals have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the kitchen. These units all have ocean and/or channel view.
Upon arrival, you will get a clean villa with fresh linens and towels. We do not have maid service but will supply you fresh towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and scrubbie pad on a daily basis or when needed.
We are Pet Friendly and Bikers are always welcomed. Check us out on http://www.petfriendlytravel.com and http://www.bringfido.com. No pet fee or breed restrictions.
Students are also welcomed. A contract must be signed by all students with a 50% deposit to hold the reservation and the balance would be due 30 days prior to your check in. There will also be a security deposit of $100 per student due on your arrival day, which will be refunded 7 days after the unit is vacated if there are no damages.
Location, location, location: Across the street from the ocean and one block north of the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier which has a bar/restaurant on the beach, fish and bait shop and fine dining restaurant in the Prince Resort. You can also walk or drive about a mile to Sea Mountain Highway which has a variety of bars, sandwich and pizza shops, IGA supermarket, variety stores, liquor store and restaurants.
We have a small outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck. Half of the building has access to our free wireless internet, (These are not the Rack Rate Rooms). Please mention if you need internet access in your villa.
Want to bring your boat and trailer down, no sweat! We can accommodate your trailer on our lot behind the building.
What to bring? Sandals (to avoid the sand spurs), beach towels or a blanket, suntan lotion, your hat and swim suit and your toiletries. If you are bringing your pet, please remember that all furry children must be on a leash at all times and the owner must pick up after their pet anywhere in North Myrtle.
WE ARE INSTITUTING A NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE VILLAS!! There will be a $45.00 charge to deionize the villa.
PET RULES:
ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET - $100 FINE FROM THE CITY.
NO PETS ON THE BEACH FROM MAY 15TH TO SEPTEMBER 15TH BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM TO 5PM.
